Can an under-sink water purifier that removes fluoride really get rid of fluoride in water? What is the removal rate?

It meets the requirements of the Specification for Sanitary Safety and Functional Evaluation of Drinking Water Quality Processors. When the fluoride content in raw water is ≤ 1.5mg/L (national standard limit), the removal rate is ≥ 90%, and the fluoride content in the treated water can be reduced to below 0.5mg/L (meeting the direct drinking standard).

Besides removing fluoride, can this type of water purifier also filter other impurities? Is an under-sink one sufficient for the whole family's drinking needs?

It can not only remove fluoride but also achieve basic purification, meeting the daily water needs of a family.

How often should the fluoride-removing filter cartridge be replaced? Can I replace it myself? What should I pay attention to when replacing it?

The replacement cycle mainly depends on “water consumption” and “fluoride content in raw water” — For an average family (3 people) using 5L of purified water per day, if the fluoride content in raw water is ≤ 1mg/L, the fluoride-removing filter cartridge can be used for 6-12 months; if the fluoride content in raw water is high (1-1.5mg/L) or the water consumption is large, it is recommended to replace it every 6 months or so.
