Our Most Frequently Asked Questions
A stable power socket that is suitable for the machine’s voltage needs to be reserved. A proper water source interface should be prepared to ensure that the inlet water pressure is between 0.1-0.4MPa. Sufficient installation space should be reserved. An area of 10-15cm around the machine should be left for subsequent maintenance, and the installation location should be away from areas with high temperature, humidity, and strong electromagnetic interference.
It is not recommended to install it by yourself. The installation of the reverse osmosis water purifier involves professional operations such as the connection of the waterway and the circuit, as well as the installation of the filter element. If the installation is improper, problems such as water leakage and circuit failures may occur, and it may even affect the service life of the machine and the water purification effect. It is recommended to contact a professional installer for installation. After the installation is completed, debugging and inspection will be carried out to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
If the newly installed machine has an odor in the outlet water, it may be that the filter element has not been thoroughly flushed, and it is recommended to continue flushing for a period of time. If an odor appears after a period of use, it may be that the filter element has failed and cannot effectively filter impurities and harmful substances, and the corresponding filter element should be replaced in a timely manner.
It needs to be installed in a dry and well-ventilated environment and kept away from direct sunlight to prevent the filter element from breeding algae due to light exposure. A suitable water source interface should be reserved, and the inlet water pressure should be ensured to be between 0.1-0.3MPa. If the water pressure is too high, a pressure reducing valve should be installed, and if it is too low, it may affect the water outlet flow. At the same time, there should be a drainage outlet nearby for convenient water drainage, and about 10cm of space should be reserved around the machine for daily maintenance and inspection.
Before the first use, open the inlet water valve and slowly flush the filter element for 15-20 minutes. This process can remove the impurities remaining in the filter element during production and transportation until the outlet water is clear and free of foam. After the flushing is completed, close the faucet, and then it can be used normally.
